Wear comfortable workout gear
Opt for athletic clothing and sneakers or other athletic shoes.
Arrive 5-10 minutes early
So our instructor can introduce you to the studio, set you up on the rowing machine, and walk you through the basics.
Bring a water bottle
& a towel (optional)
We provide reusable towels that you can grab at the reception if you'd like.
Hydrate and fuel up
Feel free to grab a light snack for free at our reception if you’re coming on an empty stomach.

Do I need to have any prior rowing experience?No prior experience is needed! Our Crew Clinic is designed to guide you through the basics of rowing, including proper form and technique.

Is rowing hard on my joints?Not at all! Rowing is a low-impact exercise, making it a great option for people of all fitness levels, including those with joint issues.

Can I keep up with the class?Don’t worry! Your instructor will adjust the pace as needed and guide you throughout the session.

How intense are the workouts?Rowing is as intense as you make it. If you’re an experienced rower looking for a challenging session, we recommend trying our Strictly Row. Check here for more information about different class types.

How long is each class?Our classes typically last 50 minutes.

Do I need to bring water?We recommend that our rowers bring their own water to stay hydrated and to support environmentally friendly practices. However, we also provide free bottled water for our monthly-subscribed members.

Is there a shower or place to change?Our studio offers an unisex restroom with toiletries and towels. However, we do not have a shower.

Is there a place to store my belongings?Yes, we have a storage shelf at the reception.

Can I use my HSA/FSA to pay for classes?Yes, you can! Simply use your debit/credit card to purchase classes or memberships as usual. Then, get a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) from our partner Trueme. Submit the receipt and LMN to your HSA/FSA provider for reimbursement. Check here for detailed instruction.

Do I need to book my class in advance?Yes, we recommend booking your class online to reserve your spot, as class sizes are limited to ensure a personalized experience.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?No problem! Just make sure to cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before the class starts. If cancellation or rescheduling is made within 12 hours of the class, a refund will not be issued. Please review our cancellation policy when booking and use our online system to cancel or reschedule if needed.

Can I get a refund for my purchased class package or membership?Yes! You can cancel your order within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. However, cancellations made after 7 days will not qualify for a full refund.
