CREW CLINIC
Beginners’ level introductory class focused on form, technique, and terminology.

SCULL + SCULPT
An open-level, high-intensity interval training class (SPM 20–30).

ROW FLOW
Starts off with high intensity, then transitions to a steady-state, breathing-focused meditative class (SPM 18–24).

STRICTLY ROW
An intermediate- and advanced-level class focused on distance and sprints (SPM 22–30+).
